Smelling cockroaches
Cockroaches produce a pungent, musty odor that worsens as the infestation goes on. It can even affect the taste of food. There are odors that come from dead cockroaches as well. It is the oleic acid produced when they are decomposing.
Cockroaches also produce allergens, which include their feces, shed skins and body parts such as antennae and legs. In susceptible individuals, contact with these allergens can result in mild to sever rashes, asthma attacks and other allergic reactions. |
